I posted these pictures somewhat backwards, so you will have to start from the bottom of this post and scan up to have the right order because I am too lazy to rearrange them. :) This year with Ashlyn's baseball team they had an opportunity to go be a part of the local "Bees" minor league baseball game. They took the team down on the field and had them announce their name and their position they played. Then they got to run out to the position on the field (Ashlyn plays second base) and then the Bees players joined them to sing the National Anthem. They got a short tour of the dugout and field as well. Ashlyn got the biggest cheer from the crowd when she announced her name and position because she was the only girl on their team. :) It was a fun night. Grandma Cathy, Uncle Bub, Aunt Amy, and her cousin Bjorn joined in for the baseball fun and snapped these pictures for me with their nice camera. We all stuffed our bellies with the typical baseball game junkfood.....it was all so good.
Ashlyn and her cousin, Bjorn....although a few years apart, always have a good time being goofy together.
