Back to school time....already? I can't believe it's that time again. Ashlyn was so excited to start today. When I walked into her room to wake her up, she sat straight up and started getting dressed. I wish it were that easy to get her out of bed every school morning....I am sure that excitement of getting up will wear off soon. :) Her report after school: her new teacher is great, she got all new "pencil colors", highlighters, and a new "real-wood" desk (that's what she called it). She requested a turkey sandwich for lunch which she said was great....what more could you ask for on the first day of second grade? :)
Ethan saw that we were taking pictures of Ashlyn and wanted to be a part of that action....he sat and posed so we could take his picture....he wanted to get out of the car when we dropped Ashlyn off at school and play on the playground in his "crabby" PJs. Not for a few more years, buddy!
