On Labor Day weekend/my birthday we decided to rent a cabin with some friends near Park City. It was fun just to hang out and Ashlyn had fun trying out 4-wheeling and playing with her friends that she made at Lake Powell. Chad bought a birthday cake and perfume to celebrate my birthday up there.....so nice! :) It was fun just to get away and do something different!
The kids wanted to be in charge of putting the candles in the cake and blowing them out!
We rode the Alpine Coaster Ride in Park City....it was so fun, I highly recommend it if you like fast rides! I rode with Ashlyn and while we were riding to the top I asked her how fast she wanted to go since you can use the brake to control your speed. She told me ...."Mom, you can go as fast as you want....it's your birthday." It made me laugh....she is a funny girl.
Ethan was just enjoying playing around since he was too little to ride. He has also loved wearing Chad's hats lately.....he reachs out his hand everyday up to all Chad's hats we have on hooks by the back door until I get him one. Hat....shoes....sippy cup....he is ready to run errands!
